Kissing Minarets

-
Magical cascading dome... No, no. Domes, and six slender minarets of the Sultanahmet Mosque -better known as Blue Mosque- dominate the skyline of my Istanbul...

And, I was viewing outside from the church of the holy wisdom god, but today's museum, Hagia Sophia, and photographing to the one of the most beautiful mosques in the world. These two great architectural achievements stand next to each other so closely in the main square.

It is really up to you to decide which is more impressive!

  5. For me both are impressive. I've seen the Hagia Sophia on tv and in books but I've never heard of the other one.
