What makes it gorgeous is not only what I filled in by my own experience and packed into this year 2010, but what I could not. I think there is no any better expression in any language than merhaba. Merhaba is a reason that I have a lot to look forward TO. Merhaba is a reason to BE. Merhaba is hello. Happy New Year 2 0 1 1.

    Hi Nihal! I'm glad you've appreciated both the puppets and the cars in my photos! As for the cars, of course they are absolutely "casual": yes, only B-segment cars (no limousines!!) in the street there :-)

    Thanks for your pleasant thoughts on politics, Nihal. I agree with you: "nulla è cambiato". A tangible effective changement seems to be a utopia, in these years and I think for the future as well.

    Nihal, Sunday's referendum in Italy marks the first time the country's 50 percent referendum quorum has been reached since 1995 (exactly, it was 57%).
    It's really interesting to hear of the advertisments about Turchia decorating 80 Torinese taxis, and of the flights to Torino of the Turkish Airlines. As soon as I see one of those taxis, I'll photograph it and make a post, with pleasure :-)

    Yes, "NOTAV day" in the Susa Valley today. The NOTAV protest is strong and the struggle is hard, but in spite of all that the construction works of the railway high-speed Turin-Lyon have started.
