No Limit In Coziness

All we know that tree is a natural object, and masculin side of the tree represents pure energy, force, strength and expansion. Sometimes rebellion.

Tree to me is now less clear until I see...

...the tree covered with crocheted as cozy as above! My idea just completely changed;)

The handmade
brightly colored blanket wrapping it represents feminity, joy, warmth and comfort.

Maybe or not, you started thinking this poor tree represents feminity at its 'worst' but lovely image, right?

Another good news,
Tree Cozy (600'h x 300'w x 300'd) was on display from 2005 through 2008 in Cleveland Hights, OH.

I hope NOONE is inspired by this idea. Please go-green... for the sake of nature!

  1. A tree cozy? Interesting but I think I'll stick to covering my tea post if I need to crochet a cozy. LOL!

  2. OOPS, that should read Tea POTS. Don't want you to think I drink my tea from a post!

  3. Well, who in the world thought of such a thing. Too funny, but like you I'll stick with green.

  4. Hi Nihal! Just a speedy visit to say hello! I’ve been busy the whole last week and will be out in the next, so this is far less than your blog deserves… ;(( But I promise I’ll come back with more time after June 10th, at least…
Anyhow, loved to see the flying creatures...
To avoid leaving you empty hands, I published a last post on Marrakesh 2006 at Blogtrotter. ;))
    Enjoy!

  5. What a great post - where did you find such a thing. I am sure it was done as an artist installation - must have taken forever to do all that crocheting!

  6. @ Gil: Seasonal change is upon us to be summer, and with it come gloriously endless days steeped in champagne, strawberries and sunshine:) However I see you're decided not to take any manoeuvre but still in and around Red City Marrakesh, Sir;(
Till I see you again, my wishes sent away to find you in a deliciously restful break, kindest.

@ Marie Louise: Glad to have your visiting, a warm welcome to you from Istanbul:) I'll be pleased to meet ya at CrossRoads again, thanks for your kind comment.
